If you receive a phone call from the Transformation Team, based at Foley Grove, they will give you their name and will ask you to either confirm the details on our records or ask you for new information.
If you want to check that it is a legitimate call, you can end the conversation and contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 169 5454. They will be able to confirm whether the person who called you is employed by The Community Housing Group and they will either arrange for the call to be resumed or you can give the new details to the Customer Service Centre operator.
