Service Standards and Performance Information

We are currently reviewing all our service standards so information is clear and easy to understand. The new standards will clearly identify the services you can expect from us as your landlord and what we expect from you as our customer. It is important that we tell you how we are performing against these standards and how satisfied you are with the services we deliver.

To do this we are also reviewing all our performance reports to ensure we report on things that are important to you, therefore the performance scorecard you currently see below will change and new measures will be reported on.
