This online course looks at how we can improve our wellbeing by examining different areas that influence us. We aim to provide an uplifting environment that encourages everyone to be motivated. By understanding our feelings and emotions and how different aspects of our lives can play a part in our confidence and motivation, we can determine how to improve our personal wellbeing.

Courses run monthly. The next 5 day course starts on Monday 24 May.
Sessions are in bite-size chunks – 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
