Modernisation and Improvement
If your home has received modernisation or improvement within the last 12 months, your repair may be covered by a warranty from the builder/contractor.
Please refer to your Modernisation and Improvement brochure for details of how to report your defects to the appropriate contractor.
The brochure will also provide you with useful information and advice if your home is about to be modernised or if you have works ongoing at present.
