Our skilled and professional Property Services Team will provide you with an efficient and speedy service to deal with all of your repair needs.

The team are based in Kidderminster on the Hoo Farm Industrial Estate and operate an out of hours service for emergency repairs outside normal working hours.

How to report a repair

Reporting a repair is simple! Simply telephone our freephone help line on 0800 169 5454 or contact your Area Office or use our online report form for non-urgent repairs.

Our operators will guide you through your repair problem by asking you specific questions. This is to ensure that we get the right order for your job and we can carry out your repair quickly and efficiently.

When will the repair be carried out?

View the repairs section of your Tenants Handbook, where you will find examples of repairs and the target completion times.

We believe that by working with you, we can make sure that the work is completed on time and to your satisfaction.

That’s why we will often ask you for access details and will check that the details we hold for you (including telephone numbers) are correct.

We will also attempt to complete the repair if we happen to be in your area on another repair. If it is not convenient for you when we call, we will return before the target completion time!

What happens if you are not available when we call

If you have made an appointment but later find that you are will not be available on the day, please contact us so that a wasted journey can be avoided.

If we call without an appointment, we will leave a card so that you can arrange for us to revisit you.

If you are not available when you have reported an emergency repair, because we may be required on another emergency call elsewhere, we can not guarantee that your repair will be completed.
