Using a Swipe Card
The swipe card you have been issued with is unique to your tenancy. You can use it at any Area Housing Office, Post Office or payment point displaying the PP Logo.
If you lose or damage your swipe card, please contact your Area Housing Office to order a replacement. You can still make rent payments whilst waiting for your card to arrive. The Area Housing Office will provide you with your unique reference number at the cash desk.
