What do I need to use allpayments.net?
To use allpayments.net you need a payment card. This payment card is a magnetic swipe card which looks like a credit/debit card and usually has the name of the organisation to whom you are paying your bills.
Since your payment card has no monetary value, you will also need a debit card.
Which types of debit card does allpayments.net accept?
At the moment allpayments.net accepts MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch (Maestro) and Solo cards only.
What if I am experiencing problems?
We have tried to make the service as easy to use as possible but if you run into difficulties, please email allpayments@allpay.net in the first instance.
How safe is the information I enter?
You will know you are in a secure site by looking at the address bar at the top of the screen. Instead of the usual http://, you will see https://. The 's' means that the site is a secure one.
You will also notice a Padlock symbol is the bottom right hand side of the browser window. This also symbolises that you are using a secure site.
Are my card details kept?
Allpay do not keep your credit or debit card details. You will have to re-enter all payment details every time you use this service.
Browser compatibility?
allpayments.net was designed and tested for use with Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater. Other browsers might produce undesired results.
