Joining Service Panels and Focus Groups
We regularly review the way in which we deliver our services to tenants and residents. Tenant Representatives are invited to join Best Value Reviews of the Company’s services and other working groups and panels such as the Editorial Panel (which assists in the production of the Tenants Magazine, Better Streets Ahead) and the Modernisation and Improvement Panel (which monitors our major modernisation and improvement programme).
