Getting Involved

The Community Housing Group is committed to ensuring that its customers are involved in how services are both developed and provided.

We recognise that meaningful customer participation does not come from just having a policy - it must be at the heart of our business and part of the culture of providing excellent service and homes.

We believe that customer participation is about listening, talking and consulting with customers and other stakeholders. This enables them to have more input into the decision-making processes and ultimately more choice and more say about the services we provide

We aim:

At present we have a Tenant Participation Framework that has three levels of involvement and a link with The Community Housing Group Federation of Tenants (an independent organisation run by and for Tenant Representatives)

Customers can also take part in surveys, discussions and consultation meetings on a variety of subjects. If you would like to take part in these forms of consultation please contact the Tenant Participation Team.
