Here you will find useful information about matters relating to your tenancy, home and neighbourhood.
Finding a home: In this section, you will find details of how to apply for housing, how to move to a new home and the opportunities available if you want to buy a home. There is also information about what to do if you are homeless.
Paying your rent: If you need to apply for Housing Benefit or have problems with any part of your rent account (including difficulties in paying your rent) you will find details within this section including application forms you can download.
Repairs: This section contains details of how to contact us to report a repair, our responsibilities to repair your home and an online facility for you to report non-urgent repairs. There is also an information section about modernisations and improvements.
Getting Involved: You can find out all about our tenant participation framework in this section including how you can get involved and when the next meeting will be held.
Neighbour Problems: If you are having problems with your neighbour’s anti-social behaviour, this section will give you advice about what to do next. It also contains details of the Neighbourhood Wardens and an online form if you want to make an incident report.
Supporting People: This section is dedicated to the wide range of specialist services available for older tenants and residents. You can find out about our Community Alarm Service, Dining Clubs, Extra Help Alarms and adaptations we can carry out to your home to help with day-to-day living.
