Improving your community
The Wyre Forest district is approximately 75 square miles and we have a growing portfolio of approximately 5,500 homes and related premises.
Our aim is to provide quality homes within neighbourhoods and communities our tenants are proud to live in.
We have Six Area Housing Teams throughout the district.
Our Area Housing Teams provide advice, information and support on a range of tenancy related issues such as:
- Rent enquiries and problems with paying rent and arrears
- Moving home
- Dealing with neighbour problems
- Repairs and improvements
- Dealing with changes in your tenancy or household (PDF opens in new window)
You can also pay your rent, service charges, former tenant arrears or other charges at our cash desk.
We believe in offering a very “hands on” and proactive service and are always happy to see you at the Area Office or visit you at home if this is more convenient.
We regularly carry out estate walkabouts with members of the local Tenant Consultative Committee to look at suggestions for improvements or areas of concern. We invite the local Police Officer to come along so that they can see any problems first hand or give an update on action already being taken to resolve them.
