We have a friendly and experienced team who are here to help you apply for a home within the Wyre Forest District and to help you explore other options available (such as buying your own home, exchanging your existing home or moving out of the area to be nearer to work of family for example)

Our office opening hours are between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday – Friday.
We operate an appointment system but we always have someone available if you need to be interviewed urgently.
We can even arrange to visit you in your own home if you are unable to come to our office.
If you need assistance with completing forms or would prefer to speak to someone in your own language, we can provide a registered translator. Please mention this when you make your appointment.
