GRANT APPLICATION TIMETABLE

Applications will be approved on a quarterly basis; the Approvals Panel will meet in June, September, December and in March. The date of the approvals meeting will be flexible, this will ensure that all Members have an opportunity to arrange their diary’s and a suitable date for all can be found. Applicants will be informed in writing once a decision has been reached.

Members of the Approvals Panel will receive appraised applications two weeks prior to the Approvals meeting; this will give Panel members time to consider each application. Applications received after the quarterly cut off date will not be considered and will be referred to the next application round.

Application closing date – Friday 9th June 2006
Approvals Panel Meeting – Thursday 22nd June 2006

Round 2

Application closing date – Friday 8th September 2006
Approvals Panel Meeting – Wednesday 27th September 2006

Round 3

Application closing date – Friday 17th November 2006
Approvals Panel Meeting – Wednesday 6th December 2006

Round 4

Application closing date – Friday 23rd February 2007
Approvals Panel Meeting – Wednesday 14th March 2007
