Your rent account

We will send you a rent statement every 3 months to help you keep track of your account.

If you are having difficulties in paying your rent or if you have received a letter or Notice of Seeking Possession, it is important that you take action straight away.

You must not ignore any letters. They will not go away and the longer it takes to reach an agreement to make regular payments towards rent arrears, the higher the arrears will be.

Check Your Rent Balance via SMS Text Message
You can now obtain your current balance by texting 'balance' followed by your tenancy reference number (which can be found on a recent statement or letter from us) to 07950 643 643.

You will then receive a response by text message providing your current balance (including any arrears) as at midnight that day. This service is available 24 hours a day.
