Your Neighbourhood

Our Estate Management Teams look after neighbourhoods and the local environment.

They want to make them places where people can be proud to live and to do this, they work with other agencies and departments, such as the Neighbourhood Warden Team to look at improvements and ways to deal with any problems.

We expect all of our tenants to act in a responsible and considerate manner.

The Housing Information Handbook (updated and given to all tenants in January 2009) explains what the responsibilities are and how to avoid problems with neighbours.
