Finding a Home
Finding a home is now easier than ever.
We are members of Home Choice Plus, a "common allocation scheme" which operates across a number of Local Authority areas. This scheme has been developed by the Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords, working together in partnership.
Home Choice Plus is the new way of allocating Council and Housing Association properties across the participating Local Authority areas, which include:
- Bromsgrove District Council
- Malvern Hills District Council
- Stratford-on-Avon District Council
- Worcester City Council
- Wychavon District Council
- Wyre Forest District Council
When you join the Home Choice Plus scheme, you will be able to "bid" for available homes within the six local authority areas and will not need to register with each one.
Homes are advertised online, in newsletters and through information kiosks across the six districts.

Our new and modernised homes allow you to part rent and part buy until you are in a position to purchase the whole property.
