When it comes to customer service, we have a very clear goal. We want to provide customers with the highest standard of service we can. We will listen to your views and we welcome your feedback, comments and suggestions about our services and how we can improve them. We really want to hear from you, whether you have received excellent service from us or have a complaint.

There are three ways to have your say:

Comments, Compliments and Complaints (3C's) if you would like to provide feedback about a specific matter or incident.

Express Customer Satisfaction if you would like to provide feedback about how a service was delivered.

Text Message if you would like to provide feedback on our services.

You can provide feedback by filling in a form which you can get from the 'Downloads' section from this site or by using our online form or talking to any member of staff (in person or on the phone) who will take your feedback and make sure it gets to the right person. If you prefer to give feedback in this way, the member of staff will write it down for you and send you a copy to keep.

Feedback by Text if you would like to provide feedback on our services you can now do so by sending a text message beginning with 'feedback' followed by your comments to 07950 643 643. Your message will be sent through to a Customer advisor who, if required, will contact you to further discuss your comments. Messages sent outside of normal working hours will be processed on the next working day.
