Express Customer Satisfaction
Express Customer Satisfaction is a quick and easy way for you to tell us about the service you received from your very first contact with us through to the end of your enquiry.
Each month, we ask a sample of customers for their views, but you are welcome to provide feedback at any time by using the relevant Express Satisfaction Survey form below.
When we receive the returned survey forms, we use the information to check that we are still providing a quality service that customers want and need.
If there are any areas of dissatisfaction, we use this feedback to look at the service and see how we can make improvements.
We publish the results in our tenants magazine, "Better Streets Ahead" and share the results with our teams so that they know how they are doing.
