Grant Application Timetable

Applications will be approved on a quarterly basis; the Approvals Panel will meet in June, September, December and in March. The date of the approvals meeting will be flexible, this will ensure that all Members have an opportunity to arrange their diary’s and a suitable date for all can be found. Applicants will be informed in writing once a decision has been reached.

Members of the Approvals Panel will receive appraised applications two weeks prior to the Approvals meeting; this will give Panel members time to consider each application. Applications received after the quarterly cut off date will not be considered and will be referred to the next application round.

Application closing date – Friday 7th May 2010
Approvals Panel Meeting – Tuesday 25th May 2010

Round 2
Application closing date – Friday 3rd September 2010
Approvals Panel Meeting –Thursday 23rd September 2010

Round 3
Application closing date – Friday 19th November 2010
Approvals Panel Meeting – Tuesday 7th December 2010

Round 4
Application closing date – Friday 11th February 2011
Approvals Panel Meeting – Tuesday 1st March 2011
