Tell us your views

The Community Housing Group strives to deliver a first class, high quality service to all of our customers. We know however, that sometimes we make mistakes or the service you receive does not match your expectation.

If you have any comments to make about our service - good or bad - we want to know.

Your views are valuable to us. We use all of the comments. compliments or complaints to help us review our service delivery and performance and examine if changes are needed.

If you have a problem or complaint, please contact your Area Housing Team first. They may be able to resolve it quickly for you or give you advice about the best course of action to take to get a satisfactory solution.

You can use our on line facility or get the Comments, Compliments and Complaints form (PDF opens in new window) and guidance notes (PDF opens in new window) and send the form to us or drop it in at one of our Area Offices.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt and we will let you know who is investigating the matter on your behalf.
