Investor in People
We are very proud to have retained our Investor in People Status since 2001. In our latest assessment report, we were praised for our continuing commitment to staff development and the innovative steps we have taken to incorporate health and well being initiatives in our Sickness and Absence policy and procedures.

Staff Satisfaction Survey
We had a 80% return of our bi-annual Staff Survey and significantly high levels of satisfaction throughout the organisation - particularly in areas such as the terms and condition of employment, the management framework, opportunities for personal development and recognition of performance and achievements.
