    By 2010 the Group will have made a significant contribution to community sustainability through sensitive stock development, innovative property and estate management, investment in the local economy and provision of a range of community based initiatives in partnership with others

    By 2010 the Group will have achieved a 5% growth in the housing stock, extended its stock portfolio to include shared ownership and other shared equity options and developed a range of services, in partnership with others to meet identified gaps in service provision and to increase its market share.
