Our Companies

The Community Housing Group Limited is a company limited by guarantee, registered with Companies House and incorporated on 28th February 2003.

The organisation is non-profit making and registered with the Housing Corporation. The Parent does not own property but is responsible for overseeing Group strategy and direction and providing a wide range of support services to the subsidiaries.

Our subsidiary companies include

Wyre Forest Community Housing Group Ltd - a Housing Company and Registered Social Landlord providing and managing general needs homes for the Group.

Wyre Forest Sheltered Housing Group Ltd - an Industrial & Provident Society with charitable aims providing and managing housing and support services for older and vulnerable people.

Worcestershire TeleCare Ltd - an Industrial & Provident Society providing Telecare services to older and vulnerable adults to enable them to live safely and independently in their homes.

Vestia Community Trust - an Industrial & Provident Society with charitable aims delivering a wide range of community projects, training and back to work programmes in partnership and on behalf of the TCHG Group, statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations

CHG Property Services - a trading arm with a distinct brand, delivering repairs and maintenance and building services primarily to our own customers.

Oakleaf Grounds Services - a trading arm with a distinct brand, delivering environmental maintenance services to our own and commercial customers.

Bespoke Joinery Services - a trading arm with a distinct brand, delivering specialist joinery services to private and commercial customers.
