"Express" Customer Satisfaction survey
In 2006, we introduced a new satisfaction survey which would allow customers to comment on the whole of the service they received – from the first contact through to the completion of the job or resolution of their enquiry.

Express is designed to provide a snapshot of the organisation on a monthly basis, examining customer service delivery and team performance. The feedback enables teams to make any necessary adjustments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Since its introduction, we have seen an increase in both levels of satisfaction and willingness of customers to engage in the review process.
